Which devices does active365 run on?
active365 was developed specifically as a mobile app for smartphones. This means:

✅ Supported devices:

- iPhones with iOS 15.x or newer
- Android smartphones with version 9.0 or newer

❌ Currently not available for:

- Tablets (iPad, Android tablets)
- Desktop computers
- Web browsers

Why only as a smartphone app?
We have deliberately optimised active365 for smartphones so that you can:

- Have your health data at your fingertips at all times
- Make the most of the app when you're on the go
- Benefit from user-friendly mobile operation

Frequently asked questions
- Can I install active365 on my tablet? Currently, active365 is only optimised for smartphones. Even though the app can technically be installed on some tablets, we can only guarantee full functionality on smartphones.
- Are there plans for a web version? We are continuously developing active365 and welcome your feedback. We are currently focusing on providing you with the best possible mobile experience.
