- Compatible with iPhone
- Sufficient free storage space (at least 200 MB recommended)
For Android users
- Android version 9.0 or newer
- Compatible with smartphones
- Sufficient free storage space (at least 200 MB recommended)
How to check your system version
On iPhone
- Open ‘Settings’
- Tap ‘General’
- Select ‘About’
Here you will find your iOS version
On Android devices
- Open ‘Settings’
- Scroll all the way down to ‘About phone’
- Tap on ‘Software Information’
- Here you will see your Android version
Recommendations for best performance
- Enable automatic updates
- Keep your operating system up to date
- Ensure that sufficient storage space is available
- Use a stable internet connection
