Are you having trouble syncing your data with active365? No problem, we have a clear plan to restore your connection. Let’s go step by step!
Important: after each step, please wait 30 minutes and check if the data starts syncing again.
Step 1: check Garmin Connect data
- Open the Garmin Connect app
- Check if steps and workouts are displayed
- If not: synchronise your device with the app
Tip: data flows from Garmin Connect to active365, not directly from the device!
Step 2: reconnect the tracker in active365
- Open active365 Menu → "Tracker Connection"
- Find the Garmin logo
- Click "Disconnect"
- Select Garmin again
- Follow the instructions
- Enable ALL permissions
Step 3: disconnect the connection in the Garmin Connect app
- In active365: disconnect Garmin again
- Open the Garmin Connect app
- Go to: Settings → Connected Apps → Manage Third-Party Apps
- Disconnect the connection to active365
- Reconnect Garmin in active365
Step 4: disconnect the connection on the Garmin website
- In active365: disconnect Garmin again
- Visit: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation
- Log in
- Disconnect the connection to active365
- Reconnect Garmin in active365
Step 5: clear the app cache
- Open smartphone settings
- Go to "Apps" → active36
- Select "Storage"
- Tap "Clear cache"
Step 6: complete restart
- Uninstall active365
- Turn your smartphone off and on again
- Reinstall active365
- Set everything up again
