Your requirements for verification
1. CSS supplementary insurance
- You need valid supplementary insurance or property insurance with CSS
- The supplementary insurance must be valid for at least 360 days

2. Age requirement
- You are 18 years or older
- Between 16 and 18? No problem! You only need the consent of your legal guardian
How to obtain consent (for 16–18-year-olds)
1. Download the consent form 
2. Have it completed by your legal guardian
3. Send the completed form to the email address provided at the end

The verification process: step by step
1. Open the active365 app
2. Go to "activePoints"
3. Click on "Redeem activePoints"
4. Select "Verify"
5. Follow the instructions in the app
