Find your active365 ID

Your active365 ID is your unique identifier in the app. It is important for support and helps us process your requests quickly.

What is the active365 ID?
- A unique 8-digit code
- Always begins with ‘CSS’ (e.g. CSSABCXY)
- Used for quick identification of your account

How to find your active365 ID:
- Open the active365 app
- Tap on the menu icon (three bars in the top left corner)
- Select ‘Account’
- Your active365 ID will be displayed immediately
