First steps after a rejection
1. Resubmit directly
- Simply resubmit the photo first
- Often it will be reviewed correctly the second time
- Use the normal submission function in the app
2. If rejected again
Follow this process:
1. Check your photo
- Is the date clearly legible?
- Is the name clearly recognisable?
- Is all the required information visible?
- Does it meet the quality criteria?
2. Contact support
- Send the photo to support@active365.app
- Briefly explain the previous rejections
- Include the relevant details
3. Wait for verification
- The active365 team will review your case
- If eligible, you will be able to resubmit
- You will receive a message
