Changing your email address when signing in with Apple ID or Google ID

Did you register with active365 using your Apple ID or Google ID? If so, there is some important information for you regarding changing your email address.

Important to know
- When signing in with Apple ID or Google ID, it is not technically possible to change your email address directly in active365
- This is because your login details are managed by Apple or Google, not by active365

Your options
Option 1: change your email address with Apple or Google
- Change your email address directly in your Apple or Google account
- This change will be automatically applied in active365

Option 2: switch to email and password login
If you would prefer to use a separate email address for active365:
- Contact our support team
- Request to switch to email and password login
- Follow the instructions provided by the support team

How to contact our support team
- Visit our support contact form 
- Enter your customer number and date of birth
- Explain that you would like to switch from Apple ID/Google ID to email login
- Also enter your current Apple ID/Google ID
- Enter the new email address you would like to use
- Under ‘Confirmation & queries’, enter your email address so that we can contact you if necessary
- Optionally, also enter your activeID and telephone number
- Submit the form by clicking on ‘Continue’
- Check your details again and submit the form by clicking on ‘Send’

What you can expect
- Our team will guide you through the process
- You will receive instructions on how to set up your new login
- Your data and activePoints will be retained

- The change may take a few working days
- Make sure you have access to the new email address
- Keep your new login details safe
