Solution 1: check permissions
1. Open Apple Health
2. Tap on your profile (circle with initials) in the top right corner
3. Search for active365
4. Activate ALL categories
5. Wait 30 minutes
Solution 2: rebuild tracker connection
1. Disconnect:
- Open the active365 menu
- Select “Tracker connection”
- Find Apple Health
- Click on “Disconnect”
2. Reconnect:
- Stay on the overview page
- Select Apple Health
- Follow the instructions
- Activate ALL permissions
Solution 3: optimise data sources
1. In Apple Health:
- Go to the training overview
- Scroll to “Data Sources & Access”
- Prioritize your main source (e.g., Apple Watch)
- Move it to the top
Solution 4: complete restart
1. Remove the app:
- Uninstall active365
- Turn off your smartphone
- Restart it
2. Reinstall:
- Download active365 again
- Install the app
- Set everything up again
