Reset your active365 password

Forgotten your password? Don't worry! You can create a new password for your active365 account in just a few steps.

Step-by-step instructions
1. Open the active365 app
- Tap on ‘I already have an account’

2. Reset your password
- Select ‘Forgotten your password’

3. Enter your email address
- Enter the email address you used to register

4. Wait for the reset email
- Check your email inbox
- Also check your spam folder

5. Open the link in the email
- Click on the link in the email

6. Set a new password
- Choose a secure new password
- Confirm the new password

7. Log in
- Log in with your new password

Tips for a secure new password
- Use at least 12 characters
- Combine upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters
- Avoid personal information (birthday, name, etc.)
- Use a unique password for each account

Problems resetting?
If you do not receive the reset email:
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure you have entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again

Important notes
- The password reset link is only valid for a limited time
- Change your password regularly for maximum security
