activePoints are your reward for leading an active and healthy life with active365. The more points you collect, the greater your benefits! Here you can find out how to boost your points total.

Overview of ways to collect points
1. First steps
- Complete verification (100 activePoints)
- Connect tracker (50 activePoints)
- Add programme (10 activePoints)
- Set up profile (10 activePoints)
- Complete 1 unit per category (30 activePoints)
Reward: 200 activePoints in total

2. Daily modules
- 2 points daily for reaching 7,500 steps (14 activePoints per week)
- Points daily for completing a daily unit (16 activePoints per week):
- Day 1 & 2: 1 activePoint
- Day 3 & 4: 2 activePoints
- Day 5 & 6: 3 activePoints
- Day 7: 4 activePoints
Reward: a total of 30 activePoints per week

3. Weekly modules
- For mindfulness activities (7 activePoints for 90 minutes)
- For training activities (12 activePoints for 300 minutes)
- For knowledge activities (5 activePoints for 20 minutes)
Reward: a total of 24 activePoints per week


4. Bonus points per category
- 2 activePoints for achieving the weekly goal of 40 minutes of mindfulness
- 2 activePoints for achieving the weekly goal of 150 minutes of training activity
- 2 activePoints for achieving the weekly goal of 10 minutes in the knowledge area
Reward: a total of 6 activePoints per week

5. Monthly modules
- activeMission (approx. 40 activePoints per month)
- Complete specified tasks
- The number of points varies depending on the mission
- 5 activePoints each for completing 2 programmes per month
Reward: a total of approx. 45 activePoints per month

6. Annual modules Memberships & proof
- Proof of ‘sports club & fitness’ earns 80 activePoints per quarter (submit four times per year)
- Proof of ‘health check’ earns 20 activePoints per half-year (submit twice per year)
- Proof of ‘Prevention’ earns 20 activePoints per half-year (submit twice per year)
- Proof of ‘Social Engagement’ earns 20 activePoints per half-year (submit twice per year)
Reward: a total of 440 activePoints per year
