Your health level is the key to a tailored experience in active365. It helps us offer you suitable activities, challenges and tips that perfectly match your current fitness and health goals.

How is your health level determined?
When registering:
- Create your active365 account
- Answer the questions about your health
- Your initial health level will be calculated based on your answers

Change your health level later:
- Open the active365 app
- Tap on the menu (three bars in the top left corner)
- Select ‘View profile’
- Tap on ‘Update answers’
- Update your details

What questions can you expect?
The questions cover various aspects of your health, such as:
- Your physical activity
- Eating habits
- Sleep quality
- Stress levels
- General well-being

Why is your health level important?
- It tailors your app experience to your needs
- You receive realistic and achievable goals
- Your progress is measured more accurately
- You receive personalised health tips

Tips for an accurate health level
- Be honest when answering the questions
- Update your level regularly, especially after major life changes
- Use the ‘Refresh answers’ function if your health status changes

How often should you update your health level?
- At least every 3-6 months
- After significant changes in your lifestyle
- If you notice that the app's recommendations no longer suit you
