Delete your active365 account

Would you like to delete your active365 account? We respect your decision and will explain the available options here.

⚠️ Important note: deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including your activePoints and activity history, will be irrevocably deleted.

Option 1: delete directly via the app
Step-by-step instructions:
- Open active365
- Tap on the menu (three bars in the top left corner)
- Select ‘Account’
- Tap on ‘Manage account’
- Select ‘Delete account’
- Tap on ‘Request deletion’
- Enter your email address for confirmation

After submitting your request:
- You will be automatically logged out of the app
- The deletion will take place within 30 working days
- You will receive a confirmation email

Option 2: deletion via support
If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@active365.app
- Important: Be sure to use the email address you used to register

Special feature for Apple ID registration:
If you registered with an Apple ID and use an alias email address, include both email addresses in your request

Before deletion, please note:
✓ Ensure that you:
- have backed up all important data
- are 100% sure about the deletion
- understand that the deletion cannot be undone
- are using the correct email address

After deletion:
- All your personal data will be deleted
- Your account will be deactivated
- You will receive a confirmation email
- You can re-register at any time
