The path of your data
Are you wondering how quickly your steps and activities end up in the app? Let's take a look behind the scenes and follow the path of your data.

The transfer process: step by step
1. Your tracker collects: your activities are recorded
2. First stop: tracker app. Data goes to Fitbit, Garmin, etc.
3. Forwarding to active365: the tracker app sends it to us
4. Display in your app: now you can see your activities!

Important to know
- No real-time transfer
- Speed varies depending on the tracker manufacturer
- Normally visible within 24 hours

Tips for optimal data transfer
1. Regular synchronisation:
- Synchronise your tracker daily with the manufacturer's app
- Open active365 regularly for updates

2. Check connections:
- Make sure your tracker is connected correctly

3. Keep apps up to date:
- Update your tracker app regularly
- Keep active365 up to date as well

Manual entry as backup
- Use manual entry for missing data
- Maximum of 75 training minutes per week can be entered
- Ideal for unrecognised activities

What to do in case of discrepancies?
- Monitor your “weekly training”
- Report discrepancies by Sunday at the latest
- Our support team will be happy to help you

Your data protection is important to us
- Your data is transmitted securely
- We have no influence on the transfer speed
- Data sovereignty lies with you and the tracker manufacturer

Pro tips for reliable data
1. Be patient: give your data time to synchronise
2. Check regularly: take a look at the app every day
3. When in doubt, add manually: use manual entry

Data boost: the more regularly you synchronise, the more up-to-date your data will be in active365!

Summary
Your activity data takes a little trip before it arrives in active365. With regular synchronisation and a little patience, you will always have a good overview of your progress.

Remember: every movement counts, even if it doesn't appear in the app right away. Stay active and motivated - your health will thank you!
