How are your training points calculated?

Modified on Tue, 31 Mar at 10:46 AM

Your training points reflect your active lifestyle and reward you for every movement. Let’s discover together how these points are calculated!

Understanding the basics
Each of your activities is analysed based on various factors:
- Your heart rate
- Calories burned
- Duration of the activity
- Additional movement data
From this data, we calculate the MET value (Metabolic Equivalent), which measures the intensity of your activity. The more active you are, the more points you collect!

Your points by intensity
Light activity (MET < 3)
- Example: leisurely walking
- This movement is good for your health
- Does not yet earn training points

Moderate activity (MET 3–6)
- Example: brisk walking, light jogging
- Each minute counts as 1 training point
- 30 minutes of moderate activity = 30 points

Intense activity (MET > 6)
- Example: running, intense workouts
- Each minute counts double
- 30 minutes of intense activity = 60 points

Tip: combine different activities in your daily routine. Every movement brings you closer to your goals, and we’re here to support you!
