How many training points do you earn for walking, jogging, or cycling?

Wondering how many points your favorite activities earn? The answer is: it depends entirely on you! Let’s discover it together.

It’s not just what you do, but how!
With your activities, it’s not only about what you do, but especially how intensely you do it. Whether you walk, jog, or cycle – your intensity determines your points.

Your personal MET value
For each of your activities, we calculate a so-called MET value. This value takes into account:
- How fast your heart is beating
- How many calories you burn
- How long you are active
The higher your MET value, the more points you collect!

From minutes to points
- Light intensity (low MET value): example: leisurely walking = unfortunately no points yet, but still good for you!
- Moderate intensity: example: brisk walking or relaxed cycling = every minute = 1 training point
- High intensity: example: jogging or fast cycling = every minute = 2 training points

Everyone is different
Your points depend on your personal level of effort. What feels intense for you may be easy for someone else and vice versa. That’s why we can’t provide universally valid numbers.

Your effort counts!
Whether you walk, jog, or cycle – every movement moves you forward. Focus on staying active regularly and increasing your intensity. The points will follow naturally!
