Why am I not receiving training points for my activities?
The most important things in summary
If you don’t see any training points for your activity, it’s usually due to the intensity of your movement. Don’t worry, we’ll explain why and how you can change that!
How it works
Your training points are awarded based on three intensity levels:
- Light intensity: no training points yet
- Moderate intensity: 1 point per minute
- High intensity: 2 points per minute
Examples of different intensity levels
Activities without points (light intensity):
- Leisurely walking
- Slow strolling
- Very light cycling
Activities with points (moderate to high intensity):
- Brisk walking
- Jogging
- Fast cycling
- Intensive workouts
Tips for collecting training points
- Increase your pace when walking or cycling
- Choose routes with some incline
- Add short bursts of speed
- Pay attention to your heart rate: the higher it is, the more points you earn
Important to know
Even if light activities don’t earn points, every movement is valuable for your health! You can be proud of every activity you complete.
Motivation tip: improve gradually but steadily. Even small changes in your movement intensity can lead to training points. You’ve got this!
