Reviewing your progress: analysing past weeks

Your health journey is a continuous process. With active365, you can not only celebrate your current achievements, but also look back and learn from your past. Here's how you can view and utilise your progress from the past few weeks.

How to find your past progress
1. Open the active365 app
2. Navigate to the ‘Progress’ section

- Look for the ‘Progress’ navigation point
- Tap on it to open the overview
3. Explore the categories
- Click on ‘Mindfulness’, “Training” or ‘Knowledge’
- Get detailed information about each category
4. Select the desired time period
- Scroll through the weeks
- Tap on a specific week for details

Additional information:
- Total score per week
- Comparison to weekly goal
- Daily breakdown of activities

Use your past for the future
1. Recognise patterns:

- Identify your strongest and weakest weeks
- Recognise the areas where you are doing well and where you can still improve

2. Set realistic goals:
- Adjust new goals to your previous achievements
- Strive for steady but achievable improvement

3. Celebrate progress:
- Compare current weeks with previous weeks
- Recognise and appreciate your development
- Identify potential for improvement

4. Find categories where you can improve.
- Plan targeted activities for underrepresented areas

- Strive for balance: maintain balance between categories
- Accept challenges: set goals based on past data

- How far back can I look? You can scroll back several months in your history.
- Can I export my progress? Not directly at present, but you can take screenshots for your personal records.
- Are deleted activities removed from the history? Yes, when you delete an activity, it is also removed from your progress overview.
