Steps vs. training points: what’s the difference?
Hey, step-counting champion! You might be wondering why your hardworking feet don’t automatically collect training points. Let’s clear that up together!

Training points: it’s about intensity
Training points don’t simply reward the number of steps you take – they reward the intensity of your movement. Here are a few examples:
- Leisurely strolling: great for your health, but no training points yet
- Brisk walking over a longer period: now training points come into play!
- Jogging or fast running: this is where you really collect points

Your steps still count!
Even if you don’t receive training points for normal walking, your steps are still very important. That’s because there’s another reward:

The 7,500-step reward
Good news for all step counters:
- Did you reach 7,500 steps in one day?
- Then we reward you with 2 activePoints!
- These points are awarded regardless of intensity

Tips for collecting training points
Want to earn more training points? Here are some ideas:
1. Increase your walking pace
2. Alternate between normal and fast walking
3. Take the stairs instead of the elevator
4. Go for a brisk walk during your lunch break

Your progress matters!
Remember: every step is a step in the right direction. Whether training points or activePoints – you’re doing something good for yourself. Be proud of every movement!

Motivation boost: try to reach your daily 7,500 steps and then gradually increase your intensity. You’ll see your training points rise
