How do you manually record activities in active365?

Yes, you can enter your activities yourself!
Great that you want to track your activities! Manual entry is very simple, and we’ll show you how it works.

How to enter your activities
1. Open the “Progress” section in your app
2. Tap the plus symbol (➕) in the top right corner
3. Choose between:
- Workouts
- Mindfulness exercises
4. Enter your activity details

Good to know: the 50% rule
To help you get the most out of active365, there is a smart limit for manual entries:

For training:
- Moderate intensity: up to 75 minutes per week
- High intensity: up to 37 minutes per week

For mindfulness:
- Up to 20 minutes per week

Why is there a limit?
There’s a good reason for this rule:
- It encourages you to explore the many great features of the app
- You might discover new and exciting training options
- Your fitness journey becomes even more varied
